Applying used damp yet cooled green tea bags under your eyes help due to the caffeine that tightens the blood capillaries which causes the dark circles

I have hereditary dark circles that if I don't cover them I look like I have two black eyes (so bad that in high school the police came bc a teacher reported it). I am in my mid-30's now so I think I have it down. I use my facial moisturizer first, then the Garnier roller ball. Then I put on liquid foundation (makes it easier to blend and I'm getting wrinkles so it works better for around the eyes). Then I combine 2 concealers - bc one color doesn't work for me - first is Estée Lauder double wear in Light, the Mabelleine Fit in the second lightest - it has a great yellow undertone to it. Mix them together & it makes the perfect color, and then pat with my ring finger in the "V" under my eye (those tutorials are all over Pinterest, but a makeup artist taught me a few years ago and it's great). Then I take my foundation sponge and just blend the V into the foundation. It covers them, brightens the eye area, & using the double wear concealer + the Fit insures it stays all day - I've gone over 16 hours with it looking great. I set it with the Urban Decay All-Nighter Finishing spray - I swear by it and find its 200% better than MAC's Fit + :)
Hope this helped

Use frozen spoons and press them over your eyes. This will bring down the puffiness. Also, tea bags will help reduce darkness as well as wrinkles! :)

I just saw the "without makeup" part..sorry!
I find that if you freeze tea in your ice cube trays you can use them on your eyes and face.
Lots of water, propping up pillows when you sleep.

You can also slice raw potato and lay them over your eyes like you would cucumbers :)

Bubzbeauty has a video on YouTube on getting rid of dark circles. She froze a makeup wipe and in the morning she put it under her eyes. Same idea as the frozen spoons.

I've tried pretty much everything on mine and I guess I want them completely gone because none of the methods satisfy me. I say screw it and just become a master at concealer
