No, however, if you aren't blending the concealer lightly and gently, tugging under the eye may cause wrinkles and fine lines (:

Yea if you yank your skin under the eye, also using your pinkey to blend helps to get in the small space and even it out :)

Your wrinkles show if your not blending lightly and you'll have premature wrinkles if you tug hard on your under eye.
