Willpowers the only thing that really works to be honest. you can use stick on nails so that you can't bite them though I suppose. and start taking biotin tablets, they make your nails grow so much stronger and quicker so you'll see results much faster.

I would suggest to keep your nails polished/nail art, that way you will not want to bite and mess them up. Use cuticle oil, nail strenghtheners, biotin to help them grow and keep them strong (:

Rub some garlic on them and they are good for your nails though!

I have the same problem, it's such a bad habit to get rid of. I typically use coconut oil to remoistutize my nails after a bad day of biting and do that for a few days if I can make myself not bite them. I find that it's easiest for me to not bite my nails when I'm out and doing something distracting, something to not notice my hands/nails.

I used to have the problem and read that it roughly takes three months to get rid of a habit for good.
I know that may seem like a long time, but after a week you start to stop needing to bite as much.
I used stop n grow polish solution, paint some on your nails and it tastes horrible! (You can get it in any pharmacy!)
I've completely stopped now and found it easy after the first few days, I only bite them now when I'm seriously stressed.
Good luck and I hope this helps! Xxx

I have tried to stop a lot of times but I felt like it was for nothing because my nails grew kinda slow! I used Sally Hansen Nail Growth Miracle and my nails grew long in 3 weeks, so then it felt like my hard work and not giving in to temptation paid off, so I would really give that a try!

Every time you want to bite your nails, stick them in your ears. So when you go to bite them they are bitter and have wax on them. :p.
