Pilates is the perfect intense full body workout to tone & condition your body, but in order to burn fat you also need to incorporate cardio.
Cardio is anything that gets your heart rate going, from running to Zumba to jumping rope or playing soccer. But there are no shortcuts or quick fixes to losing weight/toning up - all it takes is determination and a healtht lifestyle.
Diet is a big part of losing weight. There are small changes you can make, like eating more wholegrains (brown rice, brown pasta, brown bread, etc. instead of white)
cut out sodas and try to only drink freshly squeezed, 100% fruit juice with no added sugar or preservatives.
Avoid fast food, or food that is high in fat or sodium.
Drink more water!
Green smoothies are the perfect way to incorporate more veggies into your diet.

Otherwise, even once you reach your ideal weight, there will always be something else you want to change about yourself. Happiness is not havinf what you want, but wanting what you have!

You don't need to get very skinny (NO bonny)! Just stay healthy and fit! Just do your basic work out like swats, pushups, stretches,runs,jumping jacks, etc.
