Everyone says something different while getting it done didn't hurt a bit but sleeping on it was painful for me. I still say go for it!

Yes it's don't the same I went to piercing pagoda in my nearest mall and they did it with the gun, joe joe I have heard the bar is a tad bit more painful since it is done with a needle.
