Must be allergic or irritated! If you havent used any new products recently it might be from the sun, air, maybe you touched your face..skin is pretty sensitive! Try a soothing aloe vera gel, moisturizer and plenty of water and rest to bring down the inflammation and bring back some moisture. :)

It looks like an allergic reaction to something, try taking some aspirin it stops inflammation.

I'm going to agree with Veronica- looks like an allergy. Possible even from the Sun-rays. Do you live in a warm area? Try aloe Vera for sure. Aspirin will help with inflammation, and buy Cetaphil Moisturizer. It's cheap & does the trick. I talk about it in my skin care routine on my YouTube channel

Try some Aloe Vera on your face. Leave it on until it dries and wash it off and then apply moisturizer. I hope it goes away soon!
