OK so I work were we wear uniforms have our hair tied up and can't elaborate on the makeup but for me that's been a problem becuz I hate a blank face at least on me. Any suggestions?

Go for a nude or pale pink lip and an eyeshadow close to your skin tone.

OK I think I can create something! it just sucks cuz my lashes are curled but short so its hard to bring them out! like in this photo wth my nephew!

Sounds like your in the military lol so am I and I have the same problem trying to find something that makes me look good in uniform but won't go against the regs lol
