So I am going shopping for new clothes. I have 200 dollars and I can spend it all. I have big thighs and boobs so something that will flatter me. I have a very very tiny waist though. So what clothing pieces would fit me? I will pretty much wear anything. My style is concert tees and jean shorts but they are all torn up. So I am trying to branch out. Oh and please no skirts! And try to stay conservative. I don't like showing my titties and butt to everyone!! Thanks!

I'm a D , and a 7/9 in pants! So I feel you! Try a line dresses! Peplums are perfect to highlight your waist!! And seriously, girls who don't leave anything to the imagination bother me. I recommend target, jcpenny, khols, and forever 21! Good luck!
