I use crest 3D white toothpaste and mouth wash twice a day and I find it works really well for me

You can also use a q tip and apply hydrogen peroxide to your teeth. Leave it on for 30 sec-1 minute and then brush normally. I do that about once a week and over time your teeth will get whiter!
