What works on covering up fine lines...and puffiness.

Use foundation with silicone or collagen in it. It will fill the lines for a smooth coverage.http://search.ulta.com/cosmetics/Silicone%20Foundation
-tips:
1. Apply foundation with a damp makeup sponge. It prevents it from settling in the lines.
2. Appy ice cube on puffy was before applying makeup
