So the other day I picked up two polished from the super cheap accessory store Icing. One was a "mood" polish and the other was a glitter one that looks a lot like the Teenage Dream one from OPI. I must say- I am SO impressed!! The mood nailpolish looks awesome (there's a picture on my profile of it) and it dried crazy fast! No chipping yet, but it's only been two days. As for the Teenage Dream lookalike, I put it on my toes and it only took three coats to be completely opaque! I don't know how well it would wear on your fingers since my toe polish never seems to chip but yeah! I highly recommend people to give these a shot :) they're only like $5 and they usually always have some sort of BOGO deal
