My eyeliner always smudges like up into my eye..? No not my eye but like the crease of my eye..I don't know how to describe it lol.

Some really old pencil eyeliner from the 80s. Its my moms. Sometimes I use ultas kohl eye pencil in black.

Try a different eyeliner. Perhaps liquid. Or a gel. I like the Maybelline gel liner or the ELF liquid liner.
