Basically no sulfates, no silicones, co washing, deep conditioning when needed, no brushes, finger detangling in the shower with conditioner, leaving conditioner in, satin pillow cases, and scrunching with a t-shirt 💕 these are my results I am never going back any more questions just ask 😊
