Does anybody on here not use traditional shampoo to wash their hair? I really want to try to go no shampoo because I hear it's healthier for your hair and you don't have to wash it as often. Does anybody have experience with this to share their "shampoo" recipe/routine with me?

I use my normal shampoo 1 day dandruff shampoo the next no shampoo the third repeat and condition every day.. I have normal to dry hair so the day I don't shampoo it doesn't get greasy looking but if I went longer than that it woukd look nasty.

I only co-wash my hair and extensions. Meaning I only use conditioner. I don't use any hairspray or styling products so I don't have build up that I would need shampoo to wash off. Co-washing was made my hair healthier than ever.

I just wash my hair wirh Water and conditioner. A good substitute for normal shampoo would be curly wurly from lush. It has coconut and egg in it so its super moisturizing.
