I've never tried it is it a glycolic body wash? if it is it will probably help. Tiffany I may have mentioned this product before to you but have you tried the amalactin lotion. if I have please disregard lol. I have to memtion it when someone says KP cause it helpedr so much.

I don't think it is a glycolic wash but it does have Salicylic Acid in it to treat acne which I have as well.

This lotion , do you think I can combine the two?

The salicylic will exfoliate and is able to get into your pores to clean them out. A glycolic acid will exfoliate and work more on the surface to refine the texture of your skin, it can also improve acne. hopefully you'll get some good feed back on it. good luck hope it works for you :)

Yes that's it they have a couple of different kinds but really dosent matter which one. really any lotion that has glycolic acid (Aha) and a good PH level will help. I think the only thing that could happen if you use both is you skin could get dry combing both the salicylic acid and the glycolic. it may mot even happen though because the wash is rinsed off. I think I've read that you have sensitive skin so I would alternate with them at first just to be sure.

Its a great lotion that used to be a prescription. fair warning it is a little greasy and takes a bit for it to fully sink into your skin. used regularly I really think it will help. Try using a body scrub as well to really sloth all the dead skin off.

Thanks Danny C. and Traci L. , I will try tonight with my gloves. I actually tried the gloves on my face (gently ) andit has seemed to help my face from feeling oily and helps keep my dry skin at bay...

I made a coconut oil, sugar and coffee (coarse ground) rub that I use in the shower and Holy Batman does it get rid of my KP. And it was so cheap.

That sounds like a good natural idea Megs.

@traci - it makes it a bit messy in the shower, but it really works. I got in the coconut oil kick & realized I had no clue what to do with it. Lol I used the scrub this past Sunday before my self tanner & my KP is at bay. Although I don't think self tanner helps.

Traci I think Tara G posted on coconut oil a while back she was using it for her KP and it was working well. I use it every so often but not enough to give feed back on how well it works
