I use sudo creme its designed for redness on baby's bums but when you read the small print its also great for everything else! Redness, spots, acne, burns, anything! I've read a lot of celebs apply a layer and sleep in it too!xx

That looks like undeveloped acne. It's acne that has developed under the skin and can't come out, exfoliate a lot, try getting a chemical peel to bring them to the surface and then get rid of them like you would normal pimples

I steam my face for ten minutes and run an ice cube over it and its either gone or almost gone in the morning but this is just a immediate fix you should get something for the long run.
