Is your skin naturally very oily? If so, the oil is what's making the makeup slip and slide around the face. A primer like milk of magnesia or aloe vera should help quite a bit. :)

If you have oily skin exfoliate your skin every night to get rid of excess oils and dirt! And use a oil balancing gave wash and to stop the makeup from feeling wet powder it over

Well when you use garnier shine free bb cream it's supposed to mattify & not feel dewy. But maybe you're using the regular one. What you can do to achieve a matte look is put bb cream on, blot until you see no shine, apply concealer and then apply powder, apply blush & at last apply powder again. Make sure you don't apply too much makeup or powder because it will feel cakey & heavy.

It's probably not absorbing into your skin so it's just sitting on the surface. Try using a mineral powder foundation.

That what I had before I switched to bb cream. But I changed because it never covered my acne enough.

You should maybe try a setting spray or a moisturizer.

Try a primer, blend well with a stippling brush, and if your face is itchy STOP using the product as you could brake out!!

Some Bb creams definitely have that effect, because they are mixture of skincare and makeup it sometimes doesn't sink into your skin like a moisturiser. Additionaly you could have very oily skin and should opt for mattifying products or products more suited to oily skin. The original Garnier Bb cream in my experience was horrible, because it was so greasy and made my skin feel dirty and agrevated. However I have very dry sensitive skin and love dewy foundations as matte foundations will go cakey on me. Use this to your advantage as your natural oils should prevent heavier makeup from caking up.
