Hmmm, she has a neutral eye, maybe just a soft brown shade in the crease and a browbone highlight? Her skin looks pretty flawless so she's probably wearing a full coverage foundation and she highlighted and contoured a lot- contour the corners of your forehead, your temples, your cheek bones, under your chin, down the sides of your nose. Highlight the middle of your forehead, down the top of your nose, your cheekbones, and your chin :) From the picture I assume she has a think winged eyeliner and false lashes annnnd I can't remember what I'm forgetting lol nude lips!
