Would matte eyeshadows stay on longer on oily skin? I have small/hooded eyes and want to make them appear bigger but I'm nervous about using shimmery colors in fear of my eyes looking too oily.

Affordable eyeshadow primer is elf and there eyeshadow are only 3bucks for quads but what I do I use benefit lemon aid to conceal my eyelid to even out the dark eyes and under eye I go in with a primer with a application apply it on lid tap all over your eyes so it can have some stick to it and apply your eyeshadow with brush flat tapping not sweeping because it'll cause fall out and there's good color base like maybelline color tattoos aswell as a base then apply the color you like :)
