Okay, so I'm trying to grow out my hair to my waist. At the moment, its at middle back, chest length. I havent been here since 5 years ago. I wonder if this is mt hair terminal? Well, I want to ask you pretty ladies how you guys treat your split ends? I already got a hair cut for layers, but my hairdresser decided not to trim it as much to get my desired look. I've put argan oil in my hair, and tried the olive oil treatment. They're okay, but skip it after your shower? WOOSH. Frizzy split end hair. How would I fix my hair? :/

And in case you were wondering, I only got here after 5 years because I had always cut it shorter throughout time. ^^;

Cut the split ends all off so your hair can continue growing/won't break. No matter how healthy your hair is split ends are split and they can not be unspoilt

Trim them a tiny bit so you can get them removed cus trust me, if you keep them then they will continue to split, mines has reached all the way to my ROOT before! also try coconut oil and castor oil, it made my hair groe about an 1in-1 1/2 in. in 1 month :)
ima post my one month result later

Also make sure you drink green tea or water or anything but soda and eat healthy stuff like dark green veggies, it gives you vitamins that promote healthy and longer hair :)
make sure you take your vitamins too!

You need to cut them off, because putting oil on them won't heal them.
