I would personally do either a braided updo or depending on the length of your hair go straight. if you curl your hair, don't brush it with anything fingers included. If you want the curls to hold use a curl enhancer like got2b, then separate the curls into smaller sections and spray your choice of hairspray. My family is full of hair dressers, this is the only technique they ever use.
