Oh like eyelash clumping? when they stick together instead of fanning out? :)
it helps if you brush your eyelashes out before applying mascara- you cam even do this with your finger. don't put too much mascara on the wand. start close to the root, then wiggle the wand up the lashes. and don't try to keep applying a whole lot of mascara, especially after the product has dried.
I hope this helps. :)

Save the wand from your fave mascara next time you run out (one with a ton of bristles...mine is from a tube of Maybelline full n soft). clean it really well. apply mascara, grab your clean mascara want and brush those lashes while your mascara is still mostly wet. apply more mascara and brush. again. and again. and again. works for me when I want freakish long lashes or don't feel like bothering with liner!

Wiggle the wand, get a wand that is very bristly (a wand with spaced out bristles will make lashes clumpier, a wand with bristles close together will comb out the clumps)
Also, try not to layer on too many coats. If you do layer, make sure the lashes aren't already dried or it'll ruin the look.

I use the eyelash comb before applying mascara. makes one hell of a difference.
