Makeup help?!

Hi guys, So I tightline my eyes ( where you line your upper waterline) and I always get a crease under my eyes :/ it looks like I'm a panda. I line it with a waterproof pencil eyeliner. How can you prevent it from happening? Help pleaseee.

Ohhhh its just smudged!! Lol I thought you meant like your skin had a natural crease like mine!! Well you can put vaseline at the bottom of your eye where it smudges (apply before)!! Oh and bring like makeup remover wipes too!

Oh got it so after you apply the top eyeliner take a tissue and put it under your eye to wipe off any extra eyeliner :)

Haha yep :) I'm not very good at explaining haha I do that but like its during the day that it smudges off :/ is there anything like to seal it so it wouldnt go under the eye?

Sorry but I don't think so. You should try a difgerent eyeliner maybe! Plus some makeup companies lie about there products ;)

You can put concealer to hide it and Brighten that area

Well after you out the issue under it all the extra eyeliner that's not suppose to be there will come off so it doesn't smudge and go on your bottom line.
