-don't use hot tools as much
-use deep conditioners and hair mask/organ/marcon oil
-patience lol it took me 2 year for my hair to be by my waist!
-eat healthy
- try this shampoo called main and tame I think, I don't know what's it called but it works!!

You could massage your roots with olive oil before you shower to stimulate hair growth :)

After you get out of the shower, use this product called argon oil. not only does it increase your hair growth, but makes it stronger. another tip is to buy sulfate free shampoos and conditioners (Loreal has a bunch), sulfate strips your hair of the natural oils it takes to grow hair. (:
I've been in beauty school for a year and a half now. hope this helps.
