When I had broke a lipstick once, I just put it in my microwave for a few seconds then let it sit in the freezer. :)

You could always just take a lip brush, swirl it in the lipstick, and apply to your lips like that.
Or do what Angel said, but I'd be afraid of ruining my lipstick putting next to fire like that haha.
