I would wear, able boots from Nine West, dark wash denim from Forever 21 (they are also on sale!), a black blazer, and a blue tanktop or nice shirt. That's my recommendation :)

Makeup would be

-foundation (if you need it)

-light pink blush

-sparkly white eyeshadow on your lid, and also on the inner part of your eye, it makes your eyes look big and gorgeous!

-thin line of black eyeliner ontop

-mascara on too and bottom lashes

-light red or pink lipgloss
