Don't use a gun, you should use a needle. I did mine myself with a needle and no infections. Just be clean. I also got my cartilage done out of random by my friend & I just iced it & it didn't hurt at all. That's really cute you should get it. Just be clean I know people say to seek a professional for piercings but I didn't & I'm fine nothing happened.

There not ment use guns on the harder parts as it can what they call shatter when using a gun it Dosent hurt with a needle seems be quicker too.

Guns are for your ear lobes only! Guns shatter your cartilage so stick with needles.
