It looks irritated!! :( does it hurt? if it does I'd leave it alone for a while, or maybe apply a very light weight moisturizer

Don't touch it, and I would only use powder for awhile, or very light concealer and foundation

It may burn a little but it shouldn't really irritate the skin more.

Lemon juice is good but if you pick them and dab abit of lemon juice onto them, they will sting but that means that the juice is helping.

Uh I wouldn't put lemon juice or anything on it yet. Let it heal by itself even if it takes a while because it could irritate it more and make it look worse.

I think lemon will make it worse... I would suggest using Vaseline every night before bed.

I got the same thing by putting to much pimple cream on and not moisturizing it enough so it burned my skin. :c and went away in about a week, I avoided face wash in that spot because it more red! I massaged olive oil and moisturizer on it every night and it made it go away.

I got this exact same thing about a year ago except it was like a huge ring around my entire mouth and it flaked and hurt like crazy. I went to the doctor about it and she said I had actually gotten a burn from this new cleanser I tried (loreal 360 with that scrubby brush) she prescribed me some amazing medicated lotion and it cleared it up within about 5 days. She also told me to put hydrocortisone cream on it to reduce redness and dryness. Hope this helps (:
