Use a primer, then a foundation without spf, or it should have a matte finish, then set with a long lasting powder.

You can get blotting paper or a makeup setting spray, use a matte powder (rimmel stay matte) or a matte foundation! Only put the powder where it is most oily! (don't wanna cake the face)

I love the neutrogena pore refining toner...its really minimizes and dries and shrinks and tightens your pores XD whew thats a mouthful aha. and I've been really noticing smaller pores and less oily skin.
