Make sure you're using sulfate free shampoo. Use leave in conditioner and heat protectant. Get a hair mask. If you can only use salon hair products. A lot of people don't think there is a big difference, but there is. The products I like best are It's a 10. They're expensive but they are amazing. I rant about these products way too much because they work.

Like the others said really. drink plenty of water throughout the day, try and let your hair air dry instead of using a hair dryer. if you wear it curly then use rollers instead of curlers or straighteners if that's how you curl it. eat healthily and use heat protectant and UV protection if the sun is out. have regular trims, as often as needed. it shouldn't need it as often if you don't use hot tools. don't brush when wet, get a wide tooth comb instead. massage your scalp whilst argon oil or other oils if its too expensive for you. not much I can think of to help you more. hope I helped:) ooh and try not to wash your hair everyday, the natural oils help it grow. use dry shampoo if it gets too oil:)xxx
