I squeeze my pimples n then I keep scraping them...its a disgusting habbit I noe that but I can't stop...this leaves dark spots on my skin...any ideas how to get rid of them?

I heard lemon juice helps to lighten pimple scarring.I've never tried it myself but you could give it a go?

Clearasil has some special facewashes that reduce marks and scars and I bet garnier has some of the same products. Just go to a drugstore and ask for it :)

In using rose hip oil atm and it seems to help even my skin tone and fade acne marks. I find that when I squeeze a pimple I wait until it stops bleeding and put a blob of aloe Vera gel on it and I just keep putting aloe Vera in the spot and it seems to reduce the scarring compared to if I didn't put it
