You have small eyes, than you need put the eyeliner bigger at the end of your eye. To the center to the end have to be more large! Try it!

Ok just confused,do you remember the products you used? The foundation color seems more darker then the second pictures.It helps to break down what you remember using.The first pic has a cat eye liner look and the blush has more pink tone in the picture which I think in the second pic it's missing that so maybe ad more pink tone to your cheeks.Let me know your run down so I'm able to help more :)

Your lighting is much different in the 2nd pic..
alma, even her hair color looks much lighter in the recent pic..
can't really tell what you need to change. (unless she actually lightened her hair as well..lol)
but editha, take alma's points n try again.. hope you get it.. :-)
