I would like cream but I'm up for anything that works! I have light skin I think haha and combination skin.. Maybe reasonable price buut just tell me your gotos and stuff :) thaanks :)

I lov benefits high beam and it works well on paler skin a cheaper alternative is the physicians formula highliters I havnt tried them but I hear it's good.

Benefit watts up or high beam are liquid and can be mixed with cream or foundation! Love them. Not cheap but my go-to.

Wet n Wild's Reserve Your Cabana is like $3 and it does the job too. It's a smooth soft powder :)

My favorite highlighter is Mary-Lou Manizer by The Balm. It's a little expensive.. Like $20 but it is sooo pigmented and amazing.
