Before! Definitely before makeup. Then at the end of the day take them out After you wash your face & have no makeup on your eyes. They feel weird at first, and might be irritating it itch depending on what kind you get, but it goes away after like 15-30 minutes. Good luck girlie! I really love mine :)

I put them on before & I take them out before because I put on eyeshadow and eyeliner and mascara and I don't want to irritate my eyes by rubbing off the makeup while my contacts are still in.
