I always read about it being really bad, yet my mum encourages me to squeeze mine and it does seem to clear them up. What do you think?

You're not really supposed to, but my mum says that too lol. Just be sure to clean it out extra well, pop it correctly, clean it out again, then put neosporin on it afterwards so it doesn't scar.

Don't do it you'll get scars, and your pimples won't be able to heal. I only pop the white ones and then leave it alone those are always full of puss. Yuck!
