I'd use gel liner for winged eyeliner. It creates more of a flawless look. I think macs black track is unbeatable;)

Start out with a gel liner or try the marker eyeliners and LOTS OF PRACTICE😊

Hey! I love winging out my eyeliner for that daring look! So cute. First, put on a foundation, moisturizer, primer, or any other eye makeup first. Then, holding your eyelashes down with your fingers, start a thin line of eyeliner. When you have a perfect line, start dragging the line up on the outer corner. Then attach the tip of that line to the part where your top lid meets your bottom. Then, carefully fill in the triangle. If you mess up, take a ear swab and put some makeup remover. Good luck!

I'm using a maybelline gel liner, and I sometimes use a Boujais pen liner, the gel liner is perfect and the first eye that I do is good and the other one goes to shit.

Put a piece of tape, and use that as a guideline. Both will be the same length, or just slightly off.
