It's not an amateur look! I think the gradient affect is beautiful. A lot of people can't do this like "amateurs". I honestly like both cut crease and this. They're both the same but different style.

I totally understand @ diggie I hate when ways in my head don't come out how I want it too on my face😤😤... Lol but the look is beautiful... J think we have the same shape eye and cut creases just gives our eye better definition and you can see the work soo much better... But like the amateur I am... I'm still trying to get where you are... 😊 😘😘 don't worry boo it will get better that's what practice is for... You will master it just like that FIRECE crease of yours!!

I'm trying ms Jackie. I'm not going to try and make excuses. I do agree with the liner though haha. I think liner helps the look come alive.
I'm really hard headed. If I don't like my look I will hate it. There's been points where I'm done with one and just because the eyelash is messed up or my eye is crying I just rub it off.
Patience is what I need I know lol. Next time ill do another and not think anything of it and look at it in a different point of view.

I'd like to suggest doing more looks on others or even doing more looks (like you did here) with others in mind as a way to kinda open up your perspective. like a few have mentioned n miss Jackie mentioned, many folks can't do this. I think the hard edge of cut crease fit the look you're going for/used to/comfortable with. and maybe using others will help you do other looks. I mean, I don't blame you for loving cut crease, its looks perfect on your eye shape.. :-)
so maybe playing around with other eye/face shapes will force you into other looks.. maybe. just a suggestion. I hope that helps.
