Can I leave my conditioner in for 10 - 20 mins? If I do , will my hair be softer than normal.

No a leave in conditioner is suppose to be left in your hair until you wash your head again, a deep conditioner can stay on between 5 mim to an hour so you can rinse it off.

Yeah just like Angel said, you're supposed to apply leave in conditioner when your hair is damp and just leave it. You don't wash it out till the next time you was your hair.

While showering I always leave my conditioner in for 10 minutes to 20 , while I'm focusing on other parts of my body (shaving, exfoliating, etc.)
