Use conditioner on the bottom of your hair only from your ear down becuase your hair makes its own oils from the top but the ends can be dry still. And for volume use a volumizing shampoo or tease your hair if you don't know how too look it up on youtube. For flaky use a dandrif shampoo. Hope this helps (:

Oh and for frizz buy something that helps frizz like frizeez or something but just on the ends and don't use a lot at once it can be oily.

I heard that witch hazel is good for removing build up on the scalp.

The more often you wash your hair, the more oil it produces...so even though it might be oily, if you wash it less it will be healthier in a few weeks it will produce less oil. What products are you using on your hair now?

I was reading that uf you wash your hair in hot water its rid the hsir of its natural oils. So maybe try washing snd rinsing in cooler water..

Argan oil products, they're light and smoothing, plus they are very repairing. I personally use pro naturals argan oil products and they've worked for me so far :)

Washing your hair everyday will strip it of its natural oils. Ashley got it right, try to wash n rinse in cooler water. If you shampoo every other day. Shampoo twice (to get rid of buidup that causes flakes) and condition once (only ponytail down, if you apply to scalp it will make you oilier faster)

Use anything that has argan oil in it! My stylist uses pro naturals moroccan argan oil on my hair, their products are sulfate, sodium and silicone free so they’re super moisturizing. I currently use them at home too and my hair feels healthier.
