Hun you can try somthing called retinol they have drug store brand Roc makes one get gentle cleanser like cetaphil an cetaphil moisturizer put a pea size amount of the retinol on your face at night only then spf in the morning start off only using the retinol every other day to make sure you can tolerate it then if you have no problems after 2 weeks move up to every nite

If you had lots of acne on your forehead, it means that your body is dehydrated! Drink lots of water everyday (3-4 water bottles at least). Then try using acne scrubs/cleansers. I really like the Clean and Clear 3-in-1 advantage exfoliating cleanser every night. Another good one is the neutrogena clear pore facial cleanser/mask. Both work really well :)

I'm telling you now get some warm water put some sea salt in mix well and use a napkin or face cloth and dab it on your face. it will leave your skin soft and smooth it will also calm down your acne and reduce redness.

An that proactive mask you can still use on bumps as a spot treatment it will dry them up just don't use a lot of products if your going to use the retinol

Exactly what Traci L. said and drink lots of water. Wash your pillow weekly and don't let your hair get too oily the oils will run on your forehead. I also use glamglow clearing mask it's expensive but works wonders.

No offense, but I hate proactive. All my friends agree it doesn't work. On my skin, I use Neutrogena Acne wash to cleanse. Then, I use a face mask from Mary Kay or my spa (sage and papaya), and leave that on for 15 minutes. I dab the mask off with a wet plush wash cloth and then moisturize my skin with an oil free, red coral lightweight moisturizer that has really helped. Even if you have oily skin, moisturizer is needed so your body doesn't make too much extra oil.

Also, DON't USE A MASK EVERYDAY! My uncle is a dermatologist and he told me this is VERY BAD. Only 2-3 times a week.

Sage and papaya masks are amazing for the skin, so I would recommend getting what she mentioned ^

First thing is to find out what your skin type is so you can pick the right products. I had really bad spots for 2 years in my teenage years- soaps and washes would make it worse.. So I started just splashing water on my face and that was it. I also used mineral foundation! Sometimes simple is better! Also be careful about touching your face with your hands.. that used to make my skin worse. Good Luck xx
