You have to practice I think gel eyeliner is easier but maybe start with a pen keep practicing TheBeautyValtxo has great videos she does a cute winged eyeliner.

Ok, I started wearing eyeliner at 11, and I remember how hard it was. The ones that are super east to use are felt tip ones. I recomend the collection 2000 24hr one in black. This is byat the best and easiest eyeliner I have ever come across, it's so good that I still use it now!!

I wouldnt go with a liquid yet but some people are diffrent but I started with a pencil eyeliner then move up too liquid and liquid is hard to get use to every line is noticable and darker then pencil.
