There are great drugstore makeup starter kit videos on YouTube :) great inexpensive products that I love are: wet and wild eyeshadows and blush, NYC bronzer, elf brow kit and eyeshadow primer, covergirl 3 in one foundation (don't need a primer or concealer with it), and Rimmel translucent powder and eyeliners! Keep a lookout and try to only buy stuff that are on sale :) Walmart and target usually have the best deals.
