I'm looking for a new powder hilighter, what are your favorites? Also can you give me some tips on how to apply cream or liquid hilighters? Before or after powder? Brush or fingers? Any tips on contouring would also be appreciated :)

Benefits watts up! Is the best cream ever!! Or you can get a MAC powder highlighter! Or too faced candlelight highlighter!!
For cream blend onto of your cheeks/ above where your blush goes!
Powder: I use a angled brush to apply ontop of my cheek/above the blush!
Oh and the benefits high beams nice too!!
