Keep using the St.ives but only use it when your needing a really deep exfoliation! But when you do use it don't apply pressure when your rubbing. But my favorite day to day one has got to be bodyshop gentle seaweed one. Its perfect.
But Like Julie said, a natural DIY would work well as well! x
