I use tea tree oil or biodermal I guess it's a dutch brand but I had really bad acne scars and its less now ;)

Try some sudacrem to stop any pain and to heal the wound and then some bio oil to get rid of the scar :)

When there's a scab on it then use Eight Hour Cream on it! It works wonders!
