I think you should pluck and stray hairs. (Don't go overboard.) Get a lighter shade and fill them in with not such a heavy hand.

Alright, thank you! And how much lighter? I was leaning toward not filling them, since I never do, but I was just experimenting. I get them done every now and then, but can never seem to tame the inner part closest to the bridge of my nose :P.

Well you don't want your eyebrows to be black and hair to be blonde! Unless of course, that's what you like. I think a light brown would suit you since your hair is a very dirty blonde. Also, your eyebrows should line up with your nose, yours seem to be just a tad too far away so be careful with the plucking!

Thats how the person waxed them, I noticed that as well :P so I've had to pluck them to keep it from looking like a mess.
