Stila offers good coverage and ask someone working there to match your skin

I know the Stila one is really nice, and Tarte is really good too for sensitive/acne-prone skin since it doesn't do anything to agitate it, and has ingredients in it that help your skin. I myself like the Nars sheer matte foundation, but you may need to build up the coverage. I'd get samples of the Stila and Tarte foundations and see what works for you best!

I use urban decay naked skin and I love it I use the 4.0 and I absolutely love it the.0 are for people who have yellow undertones and the.5 are for people who have pink undertones :) hope this helps.

Oh and also it looks very natural it feels like you aren't wearing any makeup I guess that's where they get the naked skin name from lol.

I actually have a bottle of Revlon Colorstay that from looking at this picture I'm sure would be a pretty good match for your skin tone. The shade is true beige. I may be wrong because I'm sooo pale, when I put them on me they look a lot darker than they do on other people but the undertones seem to match yours and I don't think it'd be far off your shade. You'd have to test it but it might be worth a look since it offers good coverage and is long lasting too :)
