What put me off is apparently your nails has as much bacteria as a toilet seat but if that dosent put you off trying dipping them in a liquid that has a horrible strong taste to it.

Get acrylic nails! then you won't have a choice to bit them because theyll be too hard.

I was dreadful for biting my nails when I was younger, I also never used to wash my hands properly, eek! I think what helped me to stop biting was the pain at the tips of my fingers after biting them so much. Also, looking at nice nail art designs also helped me to stop gnawing away at my nails.

Paint your nails with a clear polish. The taste will stop you from biting them

You can find these stop nail bitting at any local pharmacy they taste horrible trust me you'll think twice before bitting your nails again
