There are so many options and creativity that you can do.One year I was the lady from the movie birds and I had attached wire to my hair with black birds attached to the ends as if they were attacking me,I had wounds on my face and blood running down just to give that extra gruesome look to it  :-)

Depends on your style, if your Girly you could go as like a dead fairy, it would look super cute, you could back comb your hair and wear a little poofy dress with rips and fake blood on it, with like black lipstick etc.fairy wings, spider webs in your hair
