What are your thoughts on ordering makeup/brushes/skincare products from the Amazon website? I have ordered many products from the site and have never had a problem. But I have never ordered makeup or anything of the like. I am curious if anyone on BL has...

I have but I always look at the feedback. The first time I order it was the naked pallet & I was pretty sure it was fake, so from then on I started looking at feedbacks & I don't order high end makeup, I'll just buy it from the store.

I purchased Brazilian Blowout shampoo and conditioner from there and it turned out to be a knockoff. I could tell right away the smell and consistency were wrong. I then compared the bottles...the packing was different but looked almost identical! I ended up getting my money back and sending back the products. Ill never buy it online again, I buy only from salons from now on.
